I decided i’m going to cut vents in these drum pads to emit LED light from inside. These will have small esp8266 chips (i’ve been using the Wemos D1 mini for this application). They will receive information via wifi over artnet to display relevant video from my Arkaos program.

Thinking of wiring in stainless steel illuminated buttons for doors on outside. Might need to create an Arduino controller for timing the button scripts with undercarriage lights instead of straight up dpdt switches to fire door mechanism. Still needs door actuators and d rings. Need to build center console. Recarpet.
